MEET OUR TRAINERS

Zia Chauhan
Art-Based Therapist | Counsellor | Trainer | Mentor | Calligraphy Instructor | Research-Oriented Educator
Zia Chauhan is a multidisciplinary trainer, mentor, and therapist with extensive experience in art-based therapeutic practices and holistic approaches to emotional and personality development. Her professional work integrates Mandala Therapy, relationship counselling, graphology, and graphotherapy, offering structured yet deeply reflective pathways for emotional regulation, self-awareness, and inner growth.
With over three years of focused practice in Mandala Therapy, she has guided individuals and groups through progressive mandala processes designed to enhance emotional balance, cognitive clarity, and personal insight. She is the creator and facilitator of the Mandala Mastery Course, a structured global program that has mentored more than 3,000 mandala aspirants across diverse cultural and learning contexts. Her approach emphasises disciplined practice, symbolic interpretation, and experiential learning rather than purely expressive art engagement.
Her therapeutic and educational work is further strengthened by a strong academic foundation, including master’s degrees in Psychology and Computer Sciences, and ongoing doctoral research in Holistic Healing. This interdisciplinary background enables her to design learning frameworks that are both psychologically informed and systematically structured.
A key focus of her current research lies in visual pattern interpretation and the therapeutic integration of calligraphy and handwriting practices. Her work explores how structured visual forms, line quality, and repetitive symbolic patterns can support emotional regulation, behavioural awareness, and holistic personality development. Her research paper on visual patterns and associated skillsets has been recognised with the Best Paper Award by the Indian Council of Therapy and Holistic Healing.
As a trainer, mentor, therapist, and counsellor, Zia Chauhan is recognised for her ability to translate complex therapeutic concepts into accessible, practice-based learning experiences. Her work reflects a deep commitment to research-informed practice, ethical facilitation, and the creation of sustainable models for emotional growth and human development within NGO and community-based settings.
